John's 20 years of real-life business experience includes senior executive positions including SVP-Human Resources & Customer Service for a multi-billion dollar global company, including executive roles in Operations and Customer Service. John is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY and the University of Michigan's Business School of Executive Education. John's extensive background includes developing, executing and teaching key strategies and tactics for identifying, hiring and retaining top talent. He is a speaker and presenter on recruiting and retaining executives and managers.
